2018 End of Season Rewards and Honor

I wrote to Riot in Nov 14 about this (i am honor level 1 last checkpoint) to ask will this work for me, but 6th day they didn't reply... This is the 1st time they don't reply to me tho. I hope its not some server thing, can anyone help? Or tell what is going on.

if you had a 2 week ban, you won't receive rewards. If you had a chat restriction and reach honor 2, you may receive rewards in February.

Are you constantly bumping the ticket up? By constantly adding a new post to your ticket, you're bumping it to the end of the line, which can cause it to take even longer to get to.
