How can I disable chatting for myself?

Hi, I am not a bad person, but I have a huge problem. I have one bad charactersistic, I cant stand losing in anything. After few losses in anything I play, I start getting more and more angry. I usually need just 1 win to feel good again, but in terrible matchmaking that RIOT has, you usually go 10 wins, 10 losses, 10 wins and so on... That is terrible for me since I go mad after 6-7 losses and start being really rude. I have been banned because of that multiple times.

Since I obviously cant control myself and I dont want to get banned again, I wondered if there is an option to disable myself from typing on chat, instead of disabling the chat altogether. It would be really bad if I had to disable chat, or mute everyone, since communication is important. I cant find an option to disable a button for chat typing, so I wondered if there is a way to do that ?

You could rebind your enter key to something else so you have a hard time sending messages. Hope that helps a bit.

Then playing a game where you are expected to lose half the time, is probably not a great plan for you. Try single player.

As for the rest, you lack discipline!

I dont mind losing half the games. I mind losing 10 games in a row, because with each game I get more angry either because of retards that I get matched with or because I play bad. I love this game and I will keep playing, I just dont want to chat with people any more.

Yeah, those "retards" make up the majority of the population. You have to learn and deal with it or, like I said, that's a great case for single player.

Yes you can dude, it just take consistent discipline. You're accountable for your actions and you cant expect people to fix you. If this game gets you that mad then just stop playing... ifs a f'ing game. The trick is ruling your emotions and not letting them rule you.
