I know I'm going to have bunch of people telling me that my behavior was toxic, but seriously, I don't understand what was toxic about my behavior in this game. And apparently it, alone, is reason enough to permaban my account.

I don't like you. One. You're a hypocrite. Two. You blame jungle, whine for ganks, and say he's obligated to gank your lane. Three. You're a condecending douche nozzle. The ban is well deserved.

I think your also forgetting all the previous warnings.....

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day Ban

that came before this last punishment.

By reaching a permanent ban you have shown that you refuse to reform.

This would not have escalated your account straight to a permanent ban. However it is definitely negative enough to warrant a punishment and your next tier of punishment was obviously a permanent ban. I would tell you that it was deserved but I think you already know this.
