The number of intentional feeders I find in this game is disgraceful

It is absolutely absurd that there is such an effort to have automated systems in place to punish players for using words that may hurt someone's feelings when there is a perfectly good option to mute them and never have to read a word they say, yet there is no recourse for griefing, and and seemingly no penalty ever meted out for reporting such behavior. Is there going to be an effort to correct this in ranked queues, because this game seems like a joke lately.
