Help me deal with frustration / irritation

Hello, I used to be a toxic player in League of Legends ~season 3 I received verbal abuse warnings. Since then I've toned it down and am no longer toxic. HOWEVER, while I may not trash talk my teammates I do still get very irritated from what I perceive as incompetence in my teammates. How do I deal with that? Realistically, I am aware that I have depression so ofc some of the irritation is exacerbated by it.

Let me paint you a picture, one of my friends; Neko and I guess Chris are very frustrating to play with. Neko does stuff like cait supp trist supp and generally does not put much effort into matches. Chris is just somehow very terribad overall, he has no idea what to build, who to play, or how to do X and Y. It is all very frustrating to deal with as I do NOT want to parent them 24/7. They're lvl 30 so you'd expect relative competence, but nah they're just aggravating to play with. So what I need help with is how to reduce stress / anger when playing League. Personally I find farming and taking towers cathartic as idk its just enjoyable to delete a wave and grab a tower. But since that is very limited, I need methods outside of League to chillax. Music maybe? I find Metal and rock relaxing but besides that I've no idea. Oh and I refuse to stop playing with them, cause who abandons a friend? Still need a way to wind down.

In leage if you're friends are bad you don't have friends anymore. But realistically just help Chris out, you cant get better on your own, and idk about Neko hes just trying to have fun, its ok if its just norms right?

Try to understand that most players are NOT trying to be "incompetent"

Have you ever tried offering constructive feedback to that player? sometimes that player is also tilted and can't be reasoned with during the game, so you might try offering feedback afterwards.

There are ways to do this.... compliment sandwich etc...

Everyone starts out at differing levels of ability. Those players have to be matched with someone.

Let me explain, Neko's low effort isn't what irritates me; its her attitude. She is very emo and defeatist in her attitude which annoys the hell out of me due to how irrational it is. For example, she dies ONCE she will say "I hate life" or "welp, lane's over". This is as annoying as you'd expect it to be. Most of my friends except for ~2 are bad, so idc if they're bad cause they're fun to play with. Chris annoys me purely because of him asking questions I find obvious, he also cares far too much about playing meta champs or playing X champ because someone said it's good without actually knowing HOW or WHY that champ is good or what makes them good.
