Two week ban, no chat log

Henlo, never thought I'd be posting here but hopefully I can have someone clear something up for me.

As a preface, I have a permanently banned (rightfully so) account, so I know how the system works (what gets you banned and the steps before 2 weeks)

My last game started at about 5:10am (QLD time) ended at 5:50ish, which at that time I logged out and headed for bed. I didn't get an instant reform notice in the entire time I've played.

So to my surprise, I try to log in now and all I get is a message saying I'm banned til Oct 23rd. If it was an in game toxicity ban, I would've had to go through 10 game chat ban and a 25 game chat ban, neither of which this account has served.

I've checked my email, and I received a vague email stating: "Greetings spankthefox,

Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Mon Oct 23 00:00:00 UTC 2017

For my final point of reference - I can still log into my permanently banned account. It will just show my chat log though and say I've been permabanned. However with this account, I can't get past the loading screen.

What is going on?
