League support isn't answering this

League support isn't answering me like at all. Seriously, all i get is a bot. Anyway, since i can't say it there I'll say it here, and you guys can feel free to chat below and help try and figure this out.

So i have an alt account. this one to be exact. My main was perm banned for some mistakes and all that i honestly don't care about anymore since everyone just calls me baby whining to get unbanned instead of actually trying to understand the issue. But we're not going to talk about that.

Instead, let's talk about this alt. Now, obviously i hadn't used this alt in awhile. It has had one recent chat restriction and that's it. Then this game i played yesterday came up where these two were doin the usual "you're trash, bronzie" "maybe we should try to lose so this vayne doesn't win." Type deal. So i tell them to shut up. I report them obviously, and que for next game. Then it logs me out due to being suspended for 2 weeks. I understand a punishment could be given for telling them to shut up, but the suspension is what confuses me. I had only one punishment previously on the account, so what allows riot to give me a suspension after the second punishment? Or is that just how it works? Because that seems a little unfair.

(I am making it seem like i wasn't quite as toxic as i actually was, but that doesn't really matter does it? It's still only two games of report/punishment.)

P.S. i am on my PHONE. So any requests for chat logs is impossible to give at the moment.
