Is there anyway I could talk to riot earlier about the unbanning of an account? (Scouting Grounds)

This is what i'm going to do in the future as a job and was wondering b/c of the severity of it if I could reach out to them? Anything faster than a support ticket? Or just to give a rioter in that specific department my ticket?

Last time I made tickets it was usually 10+ days for a response but Scouting Grounds is already 2 segments (4 weeks) in and i'm running out of time.

EDIT: I think it might be important to add context. No it was not recent. It was 11.5 months ago. I haven't had restrictions since and I personally don't believe it was worthy of a perma ban. Regardless of I think it was deserved or not I haven't had restrictions on any other account but this one.

EDIT 2: Wait... I just looked back and past support tickets and it says last activity was around 10+ days since I created it but when I open the log they literally replied in a day - 3 days lol. MB. They're extremely quick about it in general probably pointless making this post now.
