Game crashing in loading screen (uncommon)

I'm not on leaver buster because my game crashes and i can't load back into the loading screen.

I've reinstalled league, updated my drivers, scanned for viruses, and ran the client as administrator.

This has happened to a few other people I know as well and I don't think I should be getting punished for "afk'ing" when it's not even my choice.

I have had this problem since season 5 and it's only gotten worse.
