Last night I was awarded with 5 20 min queues because my computer randomly restarted before I even connected to the game. If I don't connect to the game and we remake it, then why would I get punished? I didn't mean for this to happen nor is it directly my fault, just a little computer issue. Is it possible to have these removed so i can play normally and prepare for the new ranked season? Please please help.

You are punished if you trigger a remake because it is treated like any other AFK/leaving situation. You caused the team members and enemy team to have to waste 5+ minutes of their time because of your failure to connect.

On the contrary actually. As in any industry, your equipment is your responsibility. If your computer needs to restart for updates, or if there is any other computer issue, that is wholly and completely your responsibility to fix before you try to play a team video game on the internet where others are depending on your computer and equipment being up to speed.
Further, you do not get a 20 minute queue from leaving/remaking one game. You certainly got at least a 5 minute and likely a 10 minute queue before as a warning this was not okay, and you likely afked/remade multiple games before you were escalated to the 20 minute queue (but it could've just been the 10 minute queue then this one game that got you to a 20 minute queue). If you cease AFKing and forcing remakes, your account standing will slowly improve (and you'll get a message from LeaverBuster when you do). If you refuse to correct your computer issues and/or if you refuse to stop leaving or forcing remakes, you will continue to be hit with Low Priority Queues until you do. It is simply unfair for you to presume that your refusal to correct your computer issues is more important than the time of 9 other players.
Riot won't remove your punishment if it's a valid one, which it is in your case. It's not that big of a deal you just have to wait between each queue, use that time to fix your computer so this won't happen again :)
