Basicly instalockers don't get banned or reported cuz only the guy who got instalocked is the one who remembers him as an instalocker and if he was good or did some carry (why the heck report him he was good) just add that flag mark next to every summoner's name in champ select and if the whole team flags someone its like the flagged guy has dodged (at least thats my idea) if you have a better idea please just add it as quick as possible cuz i cant take it anymore those yassuo mains are driving me crazy

It's not against the rules to instalock in blind pick, that's literally the point of the mode. If you want structure and enforced lane positions, play a draft mode.

Inastalocking isn't bannable...

It's blind pick though. It would be different if you were doing draft and they instalock a different role but this isn't a bannable offence.

there are no rules in blind pick saying you can't instant lock.

Following pick order is just common courtesy, but not a rule.

As others have said, why would Riot add a report option for something that isn't punishable?

Easy fix don't okay blind.

Even easier fix: since this person is toxic, they should just uninstall League and we all win. They don’t have to deal with Yas mains, and we have one less toxic player. Seems like a win-win.

Hey, are you a fan of Shostakovich? If so which symphonies are your favorite? My favorite are the Festive Overtures, OP.96, 5 in D minor, and OP. 47

role or champ assignment does not exist in blind pick. Why would there be a report system for something that doesn't exist?

so im actually allowed to instalock... okay then time to play draft
