I miss a queue because cats are knocking stuff over in the other room.

Then next match I get trolled by a little kid in champ select that picks blitzcrank lane in 3's, I ask them to "please dodge" they respond "Why don't you?" "because you made the shit pick." "you're toxic"

then at 2 seconds left I dodge because I don't want to fall back down to bronze 2 after making my way up to bronze 1 (Yeah I'm bronze, so what? I'm trying to work my way up and get better. It's a work in progress.)

Are you wanting Riot to do something about your cat, or make someone else dodge instead of you because you don't like their pick? I'm unsure what kind of solution you're looking for to this problem.

Well life happened to pop up on one of the rare occasions that it does and it needed urgent attention.

On the second instance I would really like to not have someone troll me, ruin the time and effort I'm attempting to put forth to climb, and be a douche.

But I have to take the bullet to dodge and I feel like Riot tells me "no, your behavior is not appropriate."

I am with you in regards to troll picks but to avoid what you got after the dodge. My experience so far that some of the odd picks worked out due to us bronzies not having the ability to take advantage of poor picks. It's the whole reason why I tend not to fret over counter picks.
