If riot really cared about the player experience they would fix the tribunal system

I apologize to those now for my rant I do not get on the boards and do this ever but this is getting absurd. I just got out of yet another game with trolls (yea big surprise right) They were a duo and trolled our top lane and my junglier, following me around and trying to steal farm and soaking exp so I try to adapt to still win and role bot where the support won't stop taking cs to let me farm back in (she afks at lvl 10) so now we have 2 trolls and an afk oh and its my promos yet again.

Now yes I was annoyed and yes I did call them noobs did not cuss at them, I even asked them why they were doing this and tried to reason with them. I know this was pointless. So we lose of course and the two trolls and the afk get multiple reports. Next game I get a chat ban.... for calling them noobs.... really riot the kicker is they are still playing hours later no chat ban no problems.

Now this is a common thing with trolls going unpunished out of all the players trolling and verbally abusive even telling me to die calling me a %%%%%% and telling me that they hope my children get cancer I have only seen one get a punishment.

Riot it's bad enough that due the new system that as a silver three player I'm on a team of bronze players facing an upper silver and gold team so that I get busted down but now that I'm trying to climb back up, I get all these trolls and I use your report system and see no results even worse I get a chat ban for standing up for myself. Please fix your system and make it up to me for this it isn't just and I enjoy your game but myself and many others do not se the point of continuing to play it if its just going to be like this so what are you going to do riot?

I would ask you all not to flame this post but likely some will and thats ok everyone is allowed their opinion.
