Am i able to receive Mastery level 6 or 7 tokens?

I was not having a good week a while ago and i slipped a couple rude phrases and i earned a punishment. I was wondering if i was still able to receive mastery tokens to level up my champions? Thanks for the help!

If you have a champion at level 5 mastery, you are legible to earn level 6 mastery through getting S- rating with that champion, and then combining the two shards you get from getting S- mastery twice.
