Servers seem unstable.

I was recently in a game with friends, different providers for isp and the client kept showing our ping randomly go from normal (58) to 600-700 and its becoming a consistent problem. I never had this problem back in early season 5 and all throughout season 4 before the server updates changed. I was wondering if anything can be done about this?

when i write something like that on euw forum i am jumped at by a lot of riot fanboys who claim that my internet magically makes people from other countries and stuff to lag and disconnect...
