I was on the champ select next the game close and dint want open again. Then I have to Long Off my PC for resolve this problem and then I can finally long in on the Match and I explain others what happen on All Chat. But the Teemo on the enemy team still Report me and when the Match end :

You are only ineligible to recieve rewards for that one game.

LeaveBuster does not need report to work. You got hit by LB when you dc BEFORE anyone or teemo had a chance to report you so he's irrelevant. From the system perspective, you still did left your team to fight 4v5 for at least 5 minutes.
