After being banned for 2,5 years

Dear board staff,

I've been banned 2,5 years ago for toxic behavior. I'm still playing a lot of league of legends even after that ban. I don't know if riot ever unbans people after perm bans. i haven't had any suspensions or chat restrictions on the acc i've been playing on since. It is a pain in the ass to let trolls or inters in your promo games do their thing. When i see a troller i still try to win even though all odds are against the team. i'm not toxic anymore. main reason i want to have my banned account back (this one) is the money i spent on. i've not been spending a lot of money on my new account just some skins like every month because i'm afraid i would get my account back and have 2 accounts with skins and money used on while i end up only using my old one. if my old account stays banned forever i'll just move on and keep playing on my new account. i'm reformed i stopped tilting and being toxic. give me a second chance.
