Social difficulty curve curiosity

If a rioter is reading this i have a question how do you guys handle the social difficulty curve from players who might be anxious about using pings or communicating to those who just focus on themselves and having fun cause they're still leveling up and understanding the game besides the new pings you introduced a long time ago are you testing any new systems or ways that the players social difficulty curve matches that of the improvements and the rate they go up the difficulty curve itself
