I have a question for anyone at riot or even any mods who might know a bit about this

so my friend recently got banned for being negative and toxic and hopefully he will finally reform but that got me wondering when he showed the logs in the discord group chat and complained about being banned for the less severe part of his negative behavior of course i explained to him that the more severe stuff was said once in a blue moon and the ban was justified for constant less sever negative behavior but here's where i got my question I read a lot that you have an automated bot now and was actually wondering way back in the days when ap yi's roamed the earth and draven laughed as you bled to death you had the tribunal which i absolutely loved btw spent more time reviewing cases in school then doing actual work after you took it down did you take the data from all the cases that went through and looked at any sort of patterns to influence the bots decision cause i remember a lot of players didn't get punished back in the day for using those "keywords" if it was just one game in a blue moon I always thought to myself it was just a bad game we all have those bad games from time to time I am absolutely no exception to this cause when I did snap o dear god help me I'm surprised you guys didn't perma me on the spot but the players who where constant with the same levels of toxicity as my friend did receive punishments is this form of leniency still going on cause i do remember in the dusty old archives of the old forums you understood we all have bad games and say some things that we don't mean is this still your main vision when it comes to reforming player behavior that it happens and we make mistakes or have you taken a more strict approach now that the game has gotten certainly a lot more big since then

TLDR did the old tribunal and the leniency people being severely toxic but only one out of the 5 chat logs while all the rest where perfectly fine or positive or with how big league of legends is now did you have to abandon the idea that we all have bad games and say things we shouldn't to be more strict on negative behavior
