Is this a bannable offense (Had to move content??)

So I am looking around and started discovering ways to bind attack move to the right click of the mouse, however it does use third party programs to actually enable the ability to rebind the right mouse button. My question before I made any sort of attempt is would this be considered a bannable offense, and no offense meant but I won't consider any answer official unless it is from a rioter
