High Noon Jhin Problem

I dont know if anyone else has noticed, but it seems like High Noon Jhin talks a lot less than base skin, and I know for a fact the dramatic music (which is amazing) and the first movement lines are missing on that skin. Is there any way to fix this, or working as intended.
