Can We Make The Block Feature Do What Most Want It To Do?

And actually make it so we do not get matchmade with toxic/inting players in the future?

If I get someone who is inting, and I block them, that means I do NOT want to be in another game with them just so they can do it again.

Maybe it's just me but that's how I think the block feature should work.

Which would be great, except it's been abused in other games. In Overwatch, for example, people used a similar feature to avoid playing with poor teammates and against skilled opponents. Top OW snipers were utterly unable to find matches.

You can easily skill snipe players and anyone better than you just block them making it so they cant beat you again. It gets to a point were matchmaking gets too long.
