Punished for RIOT's client

So I know that you can't control people's computers restarting and power outages etc. However, these are very rare events for most people. So sometimes, something within Riot's control messes up - the client - which happens far more often than my Internet or Power going out. Then I lose 5 minutes of my time which I'm using to write this message. Now why after the very first infraction do we get a 5 minute penalty? This seems ridiculous - especially when these things can happen and they are completely outside of the user's control. Please RIOT, make this penalty occur only if the issue happens twice in a row.

In my case a pop up came up saying someone else logged into my account :O Better go change my password now... I still think it's a client problem though.

(This IS a client issue, since if I'm in champ select, you shouldn't let 'me' log in from another computer.
