Report option: Unskilled

It's not fair to say, "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" or "Intentional Feeding" for someone just being unskilled, but if you had something like this I think you'd see a lot less 'false positives' on those more serious/bannable accusations. I take the reporting system seriously, but it still takes a lot of self control for me not to report someone who tilted me because they made mistake after mistake and started feeding (Unintentionally).

I'm not suggesting this would be something that would actually get someone punished since that would be completely unfair. The purpose would be to make the actual bannable accusations more accurate (less false positives).

You should know that everyone has bad games, that is not and should never be a punishable offense. I only report people for feeding if it's clearly intentional, but otherwise I don't.

Sucking at the game in someone else's opinion is not punishable. Honestly, I don't think that it should be either. Where would it end? Like if I am a bronze player, should I be permanently banned because I'm in bronze (aka I suck) if I play normals for a few games straight and just happen to get matched against some Plat players?

They use to have this. They got rid of it because it did nothing.

Well tbh it should be a report option. If i See some guy playing like a bronze in Plat, You bet i'll report him maybe the matchmaking can look at him and put him in his place.

BTW is that still a report option? I only report unskilled players if they are considerably bad in ranked games and definitely do not belong in this ELO.

This used to be an option in the report feature but Riot decided to remove it because they felt it sent the wrong message and didn't reduce the amount of false reporting.

People should know that this is just a game. I really like playing League of Legends but some people are so tryhards. Riot won't take money from our bank acount each time we lose. It's no big deal if we lose a game. Yesterday, I was playing normals as Xin Zhao jungler and an Irelia top passed all the early game saying that I am terrible, I don't gank enough, I am never there to help the team, I don't listen ... Chill out. It was really annoying.

Why some peoples are so serious about a game is really wierd to me. I don't know but stop playing for a while. Play other games.

Anyway, when I am playing League of Legends I want to relax and have fun. What's the point in tilting all game then ?

So report ? Yes. Tough, report only when someone saying bad words or trolling really hard. Report those who take away your time to relax by being toxic and not those who want to have fun but make mistakes sometime. It happens because we are ... Humans.

P.S.: Sorry about mistakes in english.

You should be banned for being bad at the video game. In fact they should just ban everyone in bronze. Surely that would be healthy for the playerbase. amirite?

The thing is people spam that report literally all the time, to the point that it doesn't mean anything. And it's not even a reportable offense to begin with. If I reported everyone I thought was an idiot or unskilled, I would end up supporting planetary genocide.

I regularly get kills as the support, and i constantly get reported for being unskilled and intentionally feeding for that. Why? Because people are idiots. They spam nine reports all the time for anything and everything. That's why player behavior has plummeted to abyssal levels; the people who DO warrant being punished aren't being punished because everything is being lost in the overwhelming volume of false reports.

They used to have a report option specifically for unskilled players but they got rid of it.
