Keep people out of ranked

Is it possible to keep people out of ranked if they are below a certain mastery on a certain champion?

Also, can we ban people please

Also what would the threshhold be mastery means nothing aside from I played a champ too much example million point players in bronze

I mean mastery don't really mean anything. So basically anyone can spam normals with a champion they don't know get it to X-level masteries, and then come to rank and still be shit with it. So what's the different here?

If you required a certain amount of mastery, people would find a way to get it while ruining everyone's games.

Well what will you do about situations like this.

Player one get's autofilled support. He plays blitzcrank, tresh and nami suppport. Blitz and tresh get banned and nami get's picked.

Now you are stuck with a jax support because the mastery point system woudn't allow you to pick any other support.

My point is, that a system like this would require a player to have mastery points in an absurd amount of champions in order to not troll. It is a bad system on that level.

I also disagree because some people are particularly good with playing op champions of that patch, people like these would be majorly fucked over by a system like this.

Can I play Ranked?
