Before you say "It was likely not just this game", that's not true because it was. I had just been unbanned today after a 14 day ban and only played 5 matches before this. I made a specific effort to not say anything negative to get myself banned again. In those games I was doing good and I said almost nothing in the chat only typing when necessary. In this game I did particularly bad, but was also dealing with a jungler who ran in to a tower and died 3 times in a row, and never ganked obviously. Literally all I did was say "report him". Sure i may have typed a bit too much about what was wrong with one of my team members and could have just focused on the game, but I was also getting blamed by another one of my team members constantly saying stuff like "this kid is so bad hes inting"(in reference to me, meanwhile there was someone ACTUALLY intentionally feeding on our team and no one was saying anything but me). I feel I handled the situation fairly well considering previously I might have flamed or made derogatory comments, I did none of those this time. I see no reason I should be punished for this and ESPECIALLY no reason I should be permanently banned for this. I mean basically the message I am getting from this is "You can be punished for anything with any hint of negativity, so unless you're positive all the time don't play the game".

The thing is I know what toxicity is, I have been toxic before. This was not toxic. I played a total of 6 games after my 14 day ban had expired before receiving this and would be more than happy to get a chat log of each of them if at all possible and post it here in addition. I have absolutely no idea why I was punished for this. It seems almost like it was an automatic ban of some sorts, literally 3 people say they are reporting me and whether or not it's based on a legitimate reason, less than two minutes later boom instantly given the message "You have been penalized for poor conduct, the client will now restart..."

Dont you love it! People can do everything in their power to lose ranked games or not give a flying mother fuck but the minute someone actually cares and starts typing ohhhhh shit!. riots retarded.

You had played only 5 matches since being given a very stern final warning that your behavior was unacceptable. Within only 5 matches of coming back from that ban, you returned to negative behavior such as:

To be quite honest, I kind of gave up trying to find good lines in the chat, as there's not much to pull out as good. I even was very liberal with removing slightly negative chat from the quote above and leaving only moderate to extremely negative chat - and it's still over half of the chat log. The majority of your chat is harassing your team for their playstyle, and/or for their performance, and almost none of the chat is actually relevant to the game. You repeatedly ask if they can see your chat, and to be quite honest if I were them I would've muted you early on in the game. As I said, you were given a final warning that your behavior was unacceptable, and then within 5 games of coming back you had this type of harassing, combative behavior repeat itself. Hence why you were issued a permanent ban - if you won't improve, Riot won't let you keep ruining games like this.

14-day bans are essentially "you step out of line one more time and you're gone".

Chermorg is 100% right, Goniz, and you should be deeply thankful that they have decided to take time out and point out how you were completely wrong and totally deserved to be banned.

Riot needs to just remove chat. It is ridiculous.
