Personally...this is getting old. People put themselves in Que, then when a match is found...THEY DONT ANSWER THE QUE! Then you have those who WHINE when they don't get a champion they want, and cause the match to disband...thus resulting in them AFKing again in Ques.
Seriously RIOT, can you put a lil penalty on these people? If they dont answer their Que, they can't join matches for 10 minutes or something? This is getting extremely OLD and FAST...

This is an interesting comment to me. Many of the systems do give some leeway because most thing can happen that aren't completely in a persons control. But dodging is not that way. Every dodge has a punishment(including your first) and they scale up the more you do it. I'm not positive but I think failing to accept a queue in ranked gives a -3 LP like doing and counts as a loss if you are in a series. I do think they should add a short dodge penalty for failing to accept a queue starting at like 1 min to prevent people from doing it over and over, but I'm not really sure that happens with any regularity.

I've been getting targeted quite often when playing 
in PVP...i can go into hiding and TADA, someone from half way across the map appears IN MY FACE and there are no wards around...or minions...and I'm still on my teams half of the map at that.
Either im over-thinking...or this is becoming a problem.

Samus721 votesI don't know exactly how it works. But from what I've seen, if you fail to select a champion, you eventually start being assigned timer delays before you can queue again. The first one is five minutes. I don't know after that. I can only guess that if you have so many in a time frame, they increase in size. If you do this in ranked, you lose LP.
1 800 MID LANE1 votesI personally would like to know why, when people decline, they make you wait out the timer. Wouldn't it make more sense to just end the wait timer and continue the queue immediately when people decline?
