League seems to punish you for restarting the game when you start off with 300+ ping. Counts it as you leaving or afk, so you get punishments and no loot. Then you try playing through the horrible ping but you don't play well and get punished for feeding or some crap. Like seriously, if i rejoin after trying to restart, why do i still get punished for leaving?

Well there is a difference between doing it once or twice and simply just leaving because you were upset with a match and AFK'd. One of the requirements for suggested gameplay is a stable connection (preferably hardwired to cut down on latency and packet loss you could get wirelessly). I have left plenty of times and quickly rejoined into a match, played it all the way through and had nothing penalized against me. If you're feeding you're not intentionally doing so and therefore unless you're having nonstop banter with the team about it, idk why anyone would target a report for your deaths.
