Boosted is just another trendy term that kids use to piss people off. It's just like KYS or uninstall. Douchey little kids using the trendiest insults that everyone uses. Pretty lame.

Even better is when someone in Bronze 5 gets called boosted.

I was playing normals with a friend and his three friends. (I do not believe they were friends among themselves; they only knew the guy who invited us.) In game, our Fizz jungler was doing terribly. One of the other guys (Silver V) calls him out: "fizz you are so boosted"

Fizz's rank: Bronze V (I checked LoLNexus before the match.)

I tell the Silver V that. His response? "you can be boosted to level 30"

When a shitty 3man premade feeds and calls me boosted (I'm unranked) and they're bronze-silver.

Gotta have a scapegoat somehow.
