Toxic player's opinion on new Honor System

Im coming back from LAN to NA since my main got perma-banned for toxicity.

I like this new honor system because it GIVES ME A CHOICE, BM and get punished OR be NICE and get rewarded.

Things right now are SHITTY for toxic players like me because there is NO REWARDS, that's why i continued to BM because i see no gain in being NICE, NOW I HAVE A REASON TO BE NICE, GETTING SWEET REWARDS.

GJ Riot, i think this update is going to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce toxic people.

Some would say that teamwork in service to victory is a reward for good behavior. Or avoiding getting restricted/banned.

XD In contrast, the report system seems arbitrary. I've had 4 teammates who said they're premade and threatened to report me just for one accidental ks. But you know how chaotic Ascension is. The stats say Ahri was useless but of course they're premade so I would be the one reported by 4 players. How does Riot Games know who actually is at fault? Basically, people can just report you for being new to the game, a slow learner or not having enough money to buy the right runes; and they can make up reasons. If multiple players mass-report you, it does not necessarily mean you are toxic.
