Perm Banned. Any way to make a compromise?

Diamond 5 player who's just frustrated with the state of the game. I'm easily triggered by not so much what people do but what they say and of course it turned on me. Anyone ever been in this position where they've made some sort of ultimatum to return to the rift (such as ask for the perm ban to be set to maybe a year) or should I just move on? I understand that chat restrictions and apologies have 0 impact or effect; I just know that a pro player got his perm dropped to a 1 year, probably because he was a pro.

Just curious, which pro player received a permanent ban but then got it reduced to 1 year?

To my knowledge, Riot has never given out any 1 year bans for accounts for any reason at all, and they have never given back any permanently banned accounts, even to pro players, unless there was some sort of error on their own part.

Unless I've missed some big news somehow, what you're thinking of is probably a pro player receiving a permanent ban from pro play (ie. LCS or something similar) but then had that reduced to one year.

Pro's have gotten permanent LCS bans lowered, not permanent account bans. Many pro players who had permanent account bans had to make and level new accounts, just like you have to now.

You should just move on.

A PERMANENT ban (note the emphasis on permanent) is Riot's way of telling you they would rather you not play the game anymore. You are not in a position to negotiate.

C9 Jensen's original account (Incarnati0nn (EUW) & 1ncarnati0n (EUW)) was never unbanned. He had to make Incarnati0n v2 (EUW) and start again.

IWillDominate (suspended account) had to make IWDominate all over again.

Riot won't remove your perma ban at any cost, the reason the pro player cost reduced "sentence" is because he was a pro player.

The compromise is learning from your mistake and correcting it on a new account.

It has happened to several pros, but that doesn't happen for regular scrubs like us. You have the option of either creating another account or moving on to another game. That's pretty much it.

either make a new account or something cause you aren't being unbanned and yeah the pro was reduced to a year because hes a pro lol.

You don't deserve it.
