Unrealistic LP Gains and Losses

Not sure why, but I've won 15 of my last 20 games, and I have been gaining around 13-15~ per win, while i'm losing 25-27~ per loss. Even though I've won about 75% of my last 20 games, with most of them coming on big win streaks. And it's not just me who's been experiencing this, many people around my ELO (Diamond 4) have been experiencing this same thing. Could this be a bug, cause this is very frustrating and unrealistic gains for someone trying to climb the ladder.
