Random Ban @Riot Please help asap

I havent been on my account for like over a week and when i logged on today it said i was perma banned and they say to check the email to know the reason why. It turns out i never recieved an email saying why i was banned nor a reason, this random ban was just placed on me. First thing come to mind is did someone report me for behavior or afk like i really dont know what i did, all i know for a fact that i never use those 'programs' for my benifit and any riot employee can vouch for that as they check the games i played. I tried contacting riot support but i never got anything back. I even refresh my emails multiple times and checked the spam folder and all. I even double checked if i had the right email linked to my account and it was the right one. I would like my account to have the ban lifted because i havent comitted to anything bad.
