Riot bans me without proof

So my account was suspended due to a compromise in which there was no compromise of and no harm to others in which the support staff said that i might 'pose' a risk for others which i find funny. Then i asked for proof of this account compromise because i surely 100% never did anything that landed this ban on me and i have read the ToS and the rules so i have not broken anything. I kept on asking for proof and evidence of this compromise in which when i kept on telling the support staff he just kept wouldnt answer my questions or re-look this case because i find it unfair tbh. Upon asking for another support staff to handle me because i was unhappy with how his services were i guess. And then he closes my case without answering my main question was how can you ban me without proof or evidence and just based off on your assumption. I did say i would take this for the board but he didnt take me serious. I would like a riot employee to just help me with this because im at a dead end.
