I just got Perm ban because probably more than 70% of my comments mid-game were "Lucky". Literally, all I say is "Luckyyyyy" or something lol. Man the $100+ spent on league went well :^)

This wasn't your first punishment was it? Comments like that are not generally considered worthy of an instant permabanning, though they are considered to be rather rude and unsportsmanlike. If you had a recent 14 day suspension for toxicity, and were reported because of this match, it's possible that there was something in there that bumped you to the final punishment tier.
