My adc left a ranked game cause I took one kill to save her life

Ok so at the start of the game when we were under tower she used both summs and used a ward. THIS IS RANKED. Then once we were getting dived on she didn't have any summs, so we got both but I took one because if I didn't she was going to die. She then questioned "WHY DID YOU TAKE IT??? AFK" I was surprised because in normals no one does that. I started to talk with the zed on my team and he said you shouldn't have taken the kill. It's bad to take kills and you should know when to stop hitting them. The xayah didn't even get banned! I'm starting to think that the people on this game are like... foolish people. She went afk for the whole game. This was a long time ago but It just popped in my head again.

It's always hard to know when to give a kill as a support. When in doubt, always go for it. Like 90% of the time I'm going for it. The thought of your carry dying or the kill getting away is far outweighed by securing the kill.

Supports taking kills happens. It can be a mistake, a calculated play, or simply a solo-kill. Better to secure a kill than risk the target escaping or killing one of your teammates, obviously. There's no justification to rage over it, though in general making sure that the ADC picks up the kill credit is something that many supports (especially myself) need to work on.

Zero reason to AFK over one kill secure. Not in itself a bannable offense, but rage-quitting does result in Leaverbuster penalties, and doing it frequently can result in manual bans.

If she did not engage in chat toxicity (and by your context, doesn't look like she did), the IFS would not be involved. She will be tagged by LeaveBuster and the worst punishment you can receive from LeaveBuster is a 20 minutes Low Priority Queue for afk-ing. By the current punishment systems we have, it makes sense she would not be banned (again, assuming no chat toxicity was involved). You can only get banned from LeaveBuster by afk-ing a mind-blowing number of games enough to trigger a manual review.

Afks trigger leaverbuster punishments, these are low priority queues and they are not administered on a first offense (you get one warning). You have no way of telling if this individual was placed into low priority or was warned.

Everytime :/ Or when they yell at you for taking farm and they're respawning... like... I'm last hitting it, I'm not pushing lane, and it's either I get some pocket change while I defend tower or I let them take it. What you want, fam???

I prefer adc players who just not help their support , I mean yesterday I took 6 kills from my adc , a triple kill and double kill as a Lulu support , she didn't rage quit . just never used heal on me when needed , I know it's bad but still better than other adc who leaves the game

How do you know she didn't get banned? How do you know her past history would mean that this one game would result in a ban? I don't think afk'ing is a 1 game and banned tier behavior. While yes, you should not be taking kills. I'm not entirely sure what you're hoping to gain from this post.
