Ahem, I had a lucian that didn't load in and a hec that just afked and dc'd. At 3 minutes the ff option didn't pop up. It was ranked and lost my promos. THIS IS AN ISSUE! I don't really know what else to say, so post whatever you want.
You can only get the remake if they are fully disconnected unfortunately. As such, if they one that didn't load in wasn't standing in the direct center of the fountain then the game still recognizes them as connecting.
And un-cast votes count as "no", so good luck ever achieving the required votes to FF when you have AFKers.
