Report System

Does this thing even work anymore? Like honestly i have had so many games with etremely rude and toxic players that i report but nothing ever happens. It seems that almost every game i have had somebody has had at least one negative thing to say about me. Not just my team but the enemy too. Reporra seem to do nothing so i might as well not report anymore. Let me tell you, it's hard to farm in the jungle when a toxic ashe follows just to take your monsters
