Hextech Crafting for "AFK"

Can Hextech be disabled for me for receiving a Leaverbuster penalty? To clarify: the leaverbuster may or may nnot exist; my computer crashed completely before a game started and I still have not gotten it up again. I couldn't play on this laptop, so I'm worrying about the Hextech status...

You just don't get loot for the game that you left or afked in and if you have a Leaverbuster penalty afterwards it won't restrict your Hextech loot in future games.
