Plat+ in low ELO

I'm a bronze 3 player, so my point of view is actually valid.

I was trying to get my nephew to play LOL (for god knows what reason) and he seems more into the 1v1 scene, so i tell him: "go top." Big mistake, i forgot that toxic people that get banned have to make new accounts; and in one of t he 2 games (the game that made him quit for the night) he got placed against a gnar as garen.

I wasn't jungle that game so i couldn't provide support for him (iwas adc) their jg killed him, and gnar just fed off him from there on afterwards...

How does riot recruit new financial backers when they "willy nilly" ban people, forcing them to make new accounts? Meanining that the legit newbs are forced to pair off against plat+?

I don't get it? are they really just forcing the established player base to rebuy everytime they slip up and rageingame. instead of trying to get new players involved on the scene?

What is this game really catering to? new players (12-15 year olds?) or the vet base t hat get banned and is forced to buy another rune page?

Does riot really expect the best of both worlds? New players are turned off hardcore by smurfs in their games. Vets are turned off by filtering their language to that of suiting an 8 year old.
