One chat restriction = Lifetime ineligibility to earn free loot?

So 2 weeks ago I got a 10 games chat restriction for flaming. Ok, yes I did flame, but mostly becasue I got matchmade with 4 premade french guys, that kept harassing me for the lols. Nevermind, I accepted my ban and improved my behaviour, but now I won't ever get chest or keys after games ever again? Or is there a longer loot restriction after having a chat restriction? Another thing I was wondering, how does one get tokens for champions to level them up to mastery level 6 and 7? Am I unable to gain tokens as well? Please answer.

3 months. That's all you need. Be a good boy & not get punished again for 3 months, and you're out of trouble.

It is NOT 3 months. Ive been restrcted a few times and it took max 1 month to be eligible again.

If you play a bunch of games and show that you are reformed, then you can earn chests/keys.
