How many games are needed to reset the punishment order?
Is there a known amount of games played improving player behavior required to reset the punishment order?

I've heard it takes a few months of good behavior.
Shouldn't be a problem if you can remain calm and not treat others poorly.
The number obviously is not known.
Also, not even sure if it even matters. You surely don't want to risk the perma ban, so you will not flame right.
Riot specifically keeps that kind of information secret to stop people from gaming the system. My guess is that if the time it took to reset an account was well known then Riot would change it just to keep people in the dark. In general your best bet is not to do anything that would get you in trouble in the first place so you don't have to worry.
