How to make sure a player gets perma banned?

I had this player in my team, it was the second afk in my promos today

Promos, from what's i've seen so far, are always 4 v 5 and they are a test that you have to pass to climb. Maybe 5 v 5 promos exists, but ive never had one yet.. anyway

This player has a match history of entire afk games, he connects to the game, and he stays base so we cannot remake then disconnect and come back at 15 min to insult us and tilt the team

I've won many 4 v 5, i was bronze 5 and manage to climb to silver 2 100lp but loss those 2 games 4v5, cant carry them all

How can i make sure that this player, or riot bot , doesnt come to pollute the ranked system anymore? I mean, afk behavior should get a punishement such as NO RANKED GAMES. a ban isnt what will make them stop.

You cant be sure. You can manually report it using support ticket, but Riot doesnt perma ban for afking. And they wont tell you if he got punished or what punishment he got because that goes against their privacy policy. If you reported him after game, your involvement is over.

his behavior is bannable in my opinion, more than people telling others that they are ''%%%%%s'' (sorry i used a racist word)

But telling others to kill themselves isnt bannable, intentionnal feeding in ranked games either, as much as afk in game...

I really dont get Riot's code lately :(

First off! I edited your OP to remove the op.gg information. Calling out or shaming other players in the League of Legends community is against the Universal Rules, and is not tolerated on the boards.

The short answer to your question though, is you can't.

The long answer is slightly more complicated, insofar as it requires a documented history of behaviour. In order for that to happen, this person needs to have multiple reports against them across multiple games. You CAN contribute to that documented history by reporting them.

If you don't, then to be honest you have very little room to complain. If you have trouble reporting them in-game you can also contact Player Support and they can have a look. Just keep in mind that they won't tell you if a penalty is issued, for confidentiality reasons.

He has 0 damage, lvl 1, didnt buy a single item all game, and it wasnt caused by a computer crash..

I get the rules, but this player has ruined my promo game, and he did ruined the game of several people and i would really like if that kind of behavior could be punished. And im not talking about a player having a bad game. If that kind of behavior allows him to play over 30 games as an afk from first second of game to last, making the team unable to remake, how are we supposed to trust the actual banning systems with inters and real afk?

I get chat restricted for being nice with people and asking them to treat other nicely, how is this fair?

Climbing is hard. Promos are always going to be hit or miss, just like every other match-up you come across. With the limited amount of control we, as players, have over the penalty situation, we must exercise as much of it as we can.

Just asking for the feeders to get banned doesn't really help unless we bring it up and talk about it, not amongst ourselves, but where it matters. This is where Player Support and in-game reporting come in. If you're consistent in your reporting, you'll see results. It takes time.

yeah, team tilted and they started to int, tried to carry but we lost, and game after got 3 bronze 5 players to who i had to explain what a CS is, and that only the last hit gives $$... and i was in s4 promo.. I mean, what it this...

And check his match history, i agree with the non shaming policy, but for behaviors like that, i think that we can agree that he lost his privilege of confidentiallity and deserved to get a perma ban adress ip

He, s mad a riot and tries (and succeed unfortunately) to ruin the game for others too

Your saying that Riot Player Support helps? ehh it does not. im very sorry to break your bubble Riot Employer AKA gaming nazi's but nothing will be solved because your Elo system is broken, Your player "FRIENDLY" support system sucks, they couldnt care if you were threatened, if your teammate fed, if your teammate afk's if your playing with a bot, these people dont care about the situation and just what you say, so i ask...... why include a Chat system? When Riot say .06%(10000000000000000% Smash Bullshit(DEKU~)) I LAUGH thinking is .06% toxic when every game is a 90% of meeting a toxic/Feeder/Afker/Int'er/Troll.

conspiracy~ I believe all Elo boosting ~~Unranked type accounts~~ all made by riot because they are a terrible organization.

You only started posting here 9 hours ago. If you peruse the Player Behavior sub-board, you'll see that plenty of players get punished, including many of the behaviors you mentioned.

I'm sorry you feel that Player Support doesn't help, but many of the folks commenting on your post seemed to have agreed with the punishment.

Edit: Anyone else think Polywag? I mean, you even capitalized it.

Ughhh...... are you feeling proud that you got these "trolls" to back you up, kids who just troll on the chat and say stuff like your toxic and im better then you? This forum community is always posting because they got nothing better but ridicules the toxic people in league. Meanwhile everyday people post how bad this community is and the punishment system, and thats something we can "Agree" and nothing been done but making this elo system/punishment system worse. so yea~ sure.. w/e

Yes i do, i know im acting out very childish but is it not this what Riot ask for? i mean to get a 25 chat penalty for 1 game of being Passive aggressive and then the same but a 14 day ban for another one game of being "Passive Aggressive" feels like if u cant be mature and say small stuff like, "No ult" from a lux as u turret dive as a zed and ping ping ping~ then yea i do feel like acting out because at the end of the day people/experience says 3 toxic games = penalty but saying "No ult" from a lux = penalty :D

i also do believe you are misjudging the true jerk, because once again from above^ im just acting how riot wants to, iv asked for sympathy on my first account which i treasured and talked legit 3 words per game but due to "Passive aggressive" its gone..... every year i ask but they wont budge! and now this account will sadly end up the same way unless i be more toxic and say stuff, ur bad muted~ or "shocked that elo system so bad we are playing the same game" or stuff like that, because apparently there is more sympathy towards those type of people.... that is a true statement btw^ Iv played on an alt where i was toxic because it was an alt and got penalized, when referring to Player support they removed the perma ban and made it a 14 day penalty, so in reality the system is flaw , Riot's elo system is sooooooooo bad, and player staff dont care

Looking at this player's match history, he has 2 games out of the last like 30 where he hasn't gone 0/0/0 with no items, over the last three days.

I see from the defendant's match history that he has another 11 games today of 0 items, 0/0/0, with 0 cs. So I guess Riot's cool with that?

Yep, and he's still playing at the moment, and he's still not banned, I mean, if it takes over 100 games afk to get a punishement, that's very unfair that one word can get a chat restriction then. Instead of tilting the team i'll go afk or inting since no punishement

More like, if you ask them to be polite or to stop flaming, that you dont want to have to mute because chat can be really usefull to communication, you get a chat restrict because you told ''someone what to do''
