I was thinking '' Hey, why should I get punished by a loss in a ranked game because my teammate didn't want to play seriously and leaves game''

I mean, I mainly play supports, I can't carry the game, i've never seen a split pushing janna.. And this makes me very mad. Is there a way to get LP refund when this kinf of thing happens? Or make a system for that?

Nope. The only solution is to start making the game have a pay barrier to entry, and that's no solution as it would probably kill the game.
