Refusing to communicate

So did riot take away the refusing to communicate report function from the game? I or is that in some other report option now? Because I feeel like if they did remove it thats a bad idea. Since refusing to communicate imo is worse than foul language which riot tends to focus on for banning which is kinda a bit much at this point since theyll ban people for slight trash talk over banning someone flat out doing nothing or feeding. But as I asked did they move refusing to communicate to a different*[slayer-jinx-unamused]* option?

They removed refusing to communicate because not everyone wants to talk and we have enough pings now to be able to communicate without having to type to people. Plenty of people also used refusing to communicate incorrectly, reporting people for not playing how they want the player to play.

It won't be added back.

if they are intentional feeding, then you report them for intentional feeding. why would you need an extra option?

i don't talk about the weather or about politics and would get reported for "no communication" so ya i just talk in-game when its game related like top river warded, or top flash down usually for the time stamp.
