When you get the chat review, if you see that one of my teammates is highly toxic also, do you ban him too?

When their algorithem review me for toxicity it reviews their comments also? Even if I'm the only one who reported them? Will it punish him to?
For example -
Him - "kys you Vayne top filthy #$^$^#" Me - " kys ^#^$&"
I get x9 report for it he get only 1 report from me,will their alg check his toxicity lvl also?
TrulyBland1 votesAny number of reports larger than zero will trigger a review. To the system it makes no difference if you were reported nine times in a single game or if you were reported once.

IE X/Y/Z are flaming each other
X gets reported and penalized, but can Y/Z's behaviour's also be punished even if they weren't reported and they were clearly reportable

If he was found to exceed a toxicity certain threshold frequency, he will get punished.

Yes, bots do the review, but not always. Still, fighting flaming with flaming only makes the game worse, increasing the chance someone will feed or leave out of frustration.
