I got a lower priority queue Because my pc crashed?

Hello, so I don't really know whether to email riot for this, so i'm just gonna post this here. Earlier Today I Started a ranked game, and my pc crashed. I tried to join back in as fast as i could because i didn't want to lose the game, and well we did. I don't really think I should have to wait 20 minutes before playing just because my pc crashed and I had no control over it. So I am asking if i deserve this or if I can get it removed, thanks!
