At the end of the day people just wanna play game and have fun, but almost every game there is a player act like an asshole to others. The report system seems to tolerate all kinda shit talking, and does nothing to punish such behavior. What can riot do to perhaps make this community a little more moral and positive?

OP Its not just league but every mmo has its share of toxic players , this is coming from someone who has played lots of multiplayer games. League is a team based game and it is becoming more and more teamplay oriented so if one or two player make mistakes/play bad and feed enemy it ruins the game for other players who might lose even after playing good - this drives people to be more toxic but rest assured league has one of the best report system I've seen and it DOES works so be sure to report toxic players after every game. Like the guy below me said people can get banned for even minor offensive flaming like calling someone noob or bad. I've personally seen people getting banned for just report calling.

This community is the worst. the 4chan of gaming communities. Its just deteriorated so low and I dont think there is a way to fix it. just bite the pillow until a game comes along that has a better class of people .

This is the first game that's 16+ that bans people from saying what they need to say. To all the feeders, trolls, etc this is the game for you! You can do anything you want without being banned. Say a word to them? nah fam you goin get banned.
