It's not hard, just make reporting system easier to punish toxic players.

Make it simple,

Tag those players that received 1 reports, 2 reports, If a player gets 3 reports within certain time period, shut down his/her account permanently.

So these players aware that that they must not make any toxic/cancer plays in game and try their best in action instead of talking trashes, and also allow other teammates to be aware of these players.

What do you think?

Reports aren't and shouldn't be about quantity over quality. Contrary to what some may believe, the severity and consistency of one's actions should play a role in the punishment they receive. This is what the current Instant Feedback aims to balance, and I believe does a relatively good job of accomplishing. Considering one of my friends has now had ~10+ accounts permanently suspended, I'm confident in its ability to determine players who are consistently and/or extremely toxic.

I hope you don't play with that one friend too often.

I have not played with him in about 2 months now. 2 toxin 4 me

that'd be like a horrible sitcom. "irreversibly salty man has to team up with the guy who's honorbound to stop his behavior. Like a good cop/bad cop, can this unlikely duo really work it out, or will they meet a premature end to their premade?"

That's a little harsh... what if a player is just on tilt and plays 3 bad games in a row (unintentionally) but he receives 3 reports?

or worse. the dreaded premade report gang

yeap, in his proposal. Gang reports would certainly hurt. Which is why his proposal will be rejected in a flash.

they could keep the system in place the premade reports only factor in as 1 report. anyway, why are you on a smurf account? something wrong with scazzman?
