worst season yet

So, I have been playing since the start of this game, for seasons 1-5 I have had high elo even diamond 3 in season 4 and 5 on my main account. Yet this season I was placed in silver on my main, on my sub account and on this one which has now been demoted to bronze 2. I am finding it harder to climb this season, almost every other game has someone who part way through the game just says screw it and starts doing stuff to intentionally make the team lose, no one has to rage or be toxic even, though the trolling player is usually toxic over something like dying getting caught out ect. Players refuse to ward even with free wards and refuse to listen to pings and over extend constantly even after dying multiple times . I have literally pinged an enemy all the way down river as I chase them while visible on map just for my other lanes to stay there as if they can't see them coming and die. Then they rage at me or someone else or get pissed if I politely ask them to listen to pings and ward.

Now I'm not claiming elo hell because I still believe good players climb eventually. However seriously riot what the heck, do something about this it's absurd. Further more due to these teams I get lp locked..... my wins give me 14 lp my losses take 27 this again is absurd, first season I have every seen anything like this.

If players are ranked individually then they should be ranked on individual stats. Now I know what some people will say well this will promote people to not play as a team, well honestly that is already happening not like it would be much worse and again good players would rise bad players would fall with out their teams dragging them down. Further more you could make it where winning the game would give a boost to your stats, this would promote team work because winning would give you a bonus, yet would not be the sole thing your ranked stats were judged on. This would also promote players to play smarter and play better instead of having the screw it attitude because then they are hurting themselves more then other players.
